YouTube ~ World Carp Classic 2010
~ Two Weeks To Go Until WCC 2010 Begins ~
Eight months ago I compiled an exhaustive list of kit I thought we’d require for our Aussie assault on Madine. There were also a few additional ‘luxury’ items that came to mind that didn’t dare put on paper, thinking that I may be pushing the envelope a little too hard in doing so.
Yesterday Ben and I went through this collaborative Google Document together, to tick off our latest acquisitions from the check-list. To our amazement, bar a few incidentals it seems that we are pretty well sorted, including all the extras I’d not listed in the initial draught! Though having said that, I know the last week in the UK will be completely mental packing up our gargantuan quantity of kit, and then trying to squeeze it all in our hire van and team runner/navigators car.
‘Excitement’ is a rather inadequate word to describe what Ben, DC and I are feeling right now, particularly after having just seen the the latest World Carp Classic YouTube film clip, and knowing that in a few days time we will all be part of it!!!
